Ham Cheese & Caramelised Onion Jaffle

  1. Preheat the jaffle cooker.

  2. Butter the bread and spread the caramelised onion over two slices. Top each with the ham, and finish with two slices of Bega Colby cheese and the remaining bread. 

  3. Place the sandwich in the jaffle cooker for 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden and toasted.

  4. Cool slightly for 3-4 minutes before serving.
