- Lay two slices of bread onto a flat surface. Top each with the ham and a Bega Easy Melt Colby Natural Cheese Slice. Close with the remaining slices of bread.
- Place a large non-stick fry pan over a medium high heat. Transfer the sandwiches into the hot pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese begins to melt. Carefully flip the sandwiches over and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Remove the toasties from the fry pan and place onto a chopping board. Use a cookie or sandwich cutter to cut shapes out of both toasties and serve immediately. Noughts-and-crosses cutters make for a fun afternoon game, but you can use any shapes you have available.
Serve toastie shapes with fresh fruit and a glass of water.
