Rainbow Wraps

  1. Place the wrap onto a flat surface and spread the hummus over evenly.

  2. Top the wrap with the chicken, carrot, spinach, cabbage, avocado and Bega Country Light Tasty Natural Cheese Slices

  3. Roll up the wrap to enclose the filling. Cover the outside of the wrap with a small piece of greaseproof paper and secure with string on both ends. Slice in half.

  4. Cover in cling wrap or store in an airtight container to keep fresh until lunch time. Use an icebrick or frozen drink bottle to keep your lunch cool.
